Customized Couples EFT is an individualized Hold Me Tight® program that follows the structure from the Hold Me Tight Workshop. This program is private, developed just for the two of you. There are 7 conversations you will complete in this program including Understanding Raw Spots, Forgiving Injuries, and Bonding through Sex and Touch. An experienced EFT Therapist will work with you throughout this program to facilitate the conversations and ensure you are able to have healing moments.

 

This program is geared especially for the following couples:

• Couples in a long term relationship and wanting to deepen the emotional connection

• Couples already in therapy and want to enhance their work

• Couples wanting to get right to the heart of the matter

 

This program starts at 7 hours and is typically done in one day but can be split into two separate

days if needed.
